Join Chloe in studio for a full day hands-on photography workshop in Sacramento, California. This immersive workshop will guide you through the art of posing and directing couples while teaching you how to skillfully use strobes and continuous lighting to elevate your work.

There will be two distinct couples' photoshoots. The first will focus on guiding your couples, capturing authentic connection through direction and posing. The second will be a moodier session, centered on utilizing artificial lighting to craft cinematic, intentionally styled images.

Each shoot will feature a live demonstration by Chloe, followed by ample hands-on time for attendees to practice and capture their own shots using various lighting setups. Chloe will be available throughout to answer questions and provide personalized guidance.

After the workshop, all attendees will receive an exclusive editing video where Chloe walks through her editing process using images captured during the shoot.

Why I Created Shadow & Light
When I first picked up a camera, I was immediately drawn to photographing people—not just in the traditional portrait sense, but in capturing the unique connection between people. What fascinated me most was how love and connection take so many different shapes, each feeling distinctly its own.
As I honed my craft, I became captivated by the interplay of light and shadow and how they could completely transform the mood of an image. I began intentionally using both natural and artificial light to enhance and support the emotions within the frame.
My passion lies in creating meaningful photographs that show people how their love feels. I can't wait to share this experience with you.
